Down almost 3 pounds. Did some free steps on the Wii board for 30 minutes, then some strength exercise. Got me a Pedometer so I can keep track of my steps when I got out for a jog. I can put the steps into the Wii sports fitness tracker, and it will tell me how many calories I lost. I ate cereal at mid day, with fruit throughout the day when I got cravings. I had cereal for dinner plus some more fruit. I plan on incorporating fish and chicken into my diet very soon. I will set aside when I lose more weight, Saturday or Sunday as a day to eat whatever I want.
So far so good, it's weird not going to the bar or going out to eat as much as I use to. This time I am 100% motivated to lose weight.
Saturday was a pretty chill day. I watched a bunch of X-files. Played some MW2 with my nephew, met some cool and funny people online. Pretty good day.
