The Following takes place between 12:00 P.M. and 12:00 A.M.
Day 3 of my diet...It sucks ASS!! I'm so use to eating crap almost everyday, and a lot during the night. My body is going trough Detox. Been eating good. Ate a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch, followed by some fruit. For dinner I had a chicken salad, followed by some more fruit. When I started to get hungry later I poured me a bowl of cereal with some bananas.
This was also my third day exercising with the Wii Fit. I did some running to get the blood flowing, and did some strength training. Also did some yoga for the first time ever. I'm pretty freaking sore...also I haven't felt this good in a while, so I guess I'm doing something right.
Finished X-files season 1 started season 2. I love that show.
